How We Research and Review

Every recommendation on Tech Monitor Pro follows the same structured process. This page explains how we research, compare and rank the tools we cover, so you know exactly what is behind a score before you trust it.

Our Process

We define the use case. We start with the reader’s real goal, such as verifying an email list, securing a team’s passwords or choosing a VPS, and the features that actually matter for it.

We gather the facts. We collect each tool’s features, plans, pricing, platform support and security model directly from the vendor and their current documentation.

We cross check the claims. We compare those claims against independent testing from trusted labs and against real user feedback from places like Trustpilot, app stores and active user communities. Where reality differs from the marketing, we say so.

We score against fixed criteria. Each tool is rated on the same factors, core features, ease of use, value for money, security and privacy, and support. This keeps every comparison inside a category fair.

We update over time. Products change. We revisit our recommendations and refresh pricing, pros and cons as tools evolve.

What Our Scores Mean

A score reflects how well a tool serves the specific reader it is meant for, not a universal best. The right pick for a single parent is different from the right pick for a fifty person agency, and our reviews say which is which.

Honest by Design

We are a research led publication. We bring together independent testing, vendor information and genuine user experiences into one clear verdict, and we are transparent about how we reach it. If a popular tool has real weaknesses, we point them out.

Independence

Tech Monitor Pro is reader funded through affiliate commissions. You can read the details in our Affiliate Disclosure. No vendor can pay for a better placement, and a higher commission never changes a ranking.
